Employer will handle notarization, securing live patient, and pay for the exam. $1,500 Annual CE Allowance $10k Sign-On bonus. $350k proven earnings W-2 Associate to Partner opportunity Central DE - under an hour to Wilmington, under 2 hours to Baltimore or D.C., under 30 minutes to ocean beaches. Over $350k proven associate earnings on a 4-day workweek 100% of the patients are under the age of 21. You do not need to be a board-certified Pediatric specialist. This is a bread-and-butter practice. Complex cases are referred out as needed. Must enjoy working with kids, obviously. There is an affiliated practice 5 blocks away where you can work one or two days per week doing adult care and more advanced cases if you so desire. Average 12 patients per day. Incredible staff already in place and all operations/scheduling are geared to support you. OPEN TO PART TIME - 4-day workweek is desired but will accept a 2 day per week ongoing commitment. This is not locums. No mileage or lodging being offered. But if you want a high daily guarantee, plus production, for at least 2 days per week - please apply.
