Nationwide Healthcare Services - Nationwide Healthcare Services is looking for clinicians to join our rehabilitation departments in the Wilmington and Hockessin Delaware areas.
We have Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN positions available. - -
RESPONSIBILITIES
Therapist Specific
--- - - - - Evaluates residents and develops appropriate care plans.
--- - - - - Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
All Clinicians
--- - - - - Under a physician's order, provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care. Treatment modalities may include; individual, concurrent and group.
--- - - - - Provide excellent training for residents and caregivers.
--- - - - - Documents services provided within Rehab Optima on a timely basis.
--- - - - - Demonstrates consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
--- - - - - Exhibits courtesy, compassion and respect to residents, families, caregivers, visitors, physicians, administrators, and co-workers in each and every interaction.
--- - - - - Demonstrates continuous new learning to remain current in the field.
--- - - - - Complies with facility Privacy Practices policies and procedures to protect residents' individual health information.
--- - - - - Participates in clinical program development and implementation.
--- - - - - Contributes to the team meeting and decision-making process as defined by the program.
--- - - - - Responsible for service and operational excellence of all assigned activities to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes.
--- - - - - Participates in the training and orientation of other staff, students and volunteers.
--- - - - - Participates in quality improvement activities as needed.
--- - - - - May perform additional assigned administrative duties like: assigning and overseeing resident care activities, medical record oversight, assuring execution of physician orders, ordering supplies, etc.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
--- - - - - -Graduated from an accredited program approved by their professional association.
--- - - - - -Current licensure by the applicable state agency.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
--- Clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
