Sign On Bonus $2500 FT/$1200 PT Responsibilities: This position is responsible for overseeing nursing and resident care and the many responsibilities that come with it. You will also assist with the coordination of clinical services, ensure resident outcomes are achieved, and monitor for effective internal resource utilization to assure that the financial and resident goals of the organization are achieved. Minimum Job Requirements Successful completion of a Registered Nursing (R.N.) program at an accredited school, college or university. Previous experience as an R.N. in long-term care preferred. Must have and maintain an active R.N. license / registration in good standing on the state registry. CPR certified. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Computer proficiency with software programs and the ability to learn new computer technology and programs. Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to assist in the treatment of resident injuries, diseases, and deformities.
