As a Senior Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls/completing outbound calls to/from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity. Schedule: Our compounding team member will work a rotating schedule which may include a combination of 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday as business needs determine.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Compounding Sterile medication in an ISO 7 clean room environment (ISO 5 hood systems)
• Conducting scheduled environmental testing. (Air and surface sampling)
• Cold Chain Shipping and receiving
• Restocking supplies and medication
• Picking and packing supplies/medications
• Processing refilled medications

    Required Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 4+ years of pharmacy related experience
    • 1+ year of sterile compounding experience
    • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance.       Preferred Qualifications:
      • Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system application
      • Experience with CRP+
      • Direct patient care experience
