Bring your marketing savvy to Genesis as a Hospital Liaison. In this role, you will establish a strong business presence and relationships with hospitals - physicians within an assigned geographic area, to build awareness of Genesis' philosophy and services. Your ultimate goal is to facilitate patient referrals into Genesis centers. Making patient acceptance and placement decisions is within your scope of authority to ensure that the center of placement meets the patients' needs. Completing pre-admission patient assessments accurately to gather clinical and financial information is part of position responsibilities. This position supports the census and referral process in the hospital and healthcare systems for our centers in the Reading, PA market. DCAN Qualifications: In lieu of RN or LPN licensure, comparable healthcare experience will be considered. Five to seven years of recent clinical experience is preferred. A valid driver's license is required. Case management experience, business development experience, utilization review experience and discharge planning experience are preferred. Certifications in CCM, CRRN or CIRS are also preferred.
