Job Description:

We are currently seeking a *Registered Nurse with an active license!**Shift Available: *Full-time 3p-11:30p shift available, every other weekend/holiday rotation included.*Compensation:*Sign on Bonus: $2,000 when accepting a full-time position.*Essential RN Functions: ** The Registered Nurse (RN) provides the residents with caring and compassionate care under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor or Director of Nursing (DON). The RN is responsible for administering medications and treatments to the residents. The RN is responsible for collecting specimens for laboratory testing. The RN is responsible for observing the residents under his/her care, identifying changes in condition and immediately reporting the changes to the attending physician and Nursing Supervisor or DON. The RN will maintain accurate records of the residents treatment and plan of care in the EHR. The RN will communicate with residents, families, and the intradisciplinary team in a professional and caring manor, they will provide emotional support to the residents and families as needed.
