For over 30 years, Grane Rx has been an industry leader, revolutionizing long term care pharmacy solutions and services._*Grane Rx offers great benefits:*_* Competitive Salary* Medical, Vision, and Dental* Flexible Spending and Health Savings Account* Life insurance, and Long-and Short-term disability* Paid Time Off* 401K planResponsibilities:* Responsible in providing day to day operational services* Ability to work flexible hours, which may include evening, weekends, and holidays* Process new and refill patient prescription orders, preparation, and dispense medications* Work closely with Pharmacy Technicians and Order Entry Technicians in the preparation and dispensing of medications* Proficient in clinical interpretation; drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interaction and allergies* Performs accurately and efficiently when dispensing medications* Communicates with prescribers and other health care provider* Ensures safety practices and procedures are followed* Assist in the enforcement of all company and departmental policies and procedures* Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations related to pharmacy practices* Customer-Centered and strives to exceed customer expectationsQualifications:* B.S. or PharmD Degree in Pharmacy* Must have current Pharmacist Licensure in PA in good standing* 1+ years recent experience in long term care (preferred), retail, or hospital pharmacy* Experience and knowledge base of intravenous admixtures services preferred* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with English as the primary language* Must have strong customer service skills, time management skills, and ability to problem solveOver 30 years Grane Rx has been an industry leader, revolutionizing long-term care pharmacy solutions and services.
