(RN) Nurse Supervisor on the Night Shift, 11pm-7am for Saturday and
Sunday.Job Duties and Responsibilities:The RN Supervisor assists in
directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care
plan.The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in coordinating and
supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable
and homelike atmosphere for the residents.The RN Supervisor
regularly rounds on nursing units checking in with residents and
staff.The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in creating a
team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of
life. Provide support and direction for nurses.The RN Supervisor
monitors and assures that incidents, accidents and resident/staff
complaints are reported and documented correctly.The RN Supervisor
prepares/administers performance reviews for shift staff in
consultation with unit managers; provide correction/re-education to
