Job DescriptionChristianaCare is currently seeking a bilingual Registered Nurse for Su Centro de Salud, Primary Care practice located at 5578 Kirkwood Highway, Suite 5580 in Wilmington, DE.This practice is home to a team of 3 providers, 5 medical assistants, 1 office assistant, and 1 Registered Nurse, a Community Health Worker and a Behavioral Health Specialist. Together, they collaborate to treat patients from birth to geriatric and see approximately 60-70 patients/day.In this role, your daily responsibilities will include telephone triage to support 20-60 messages plus 2 annual wellness visits, and 1-2 educational visits.****A bilingual screening to confirm Spanish/English fluency must be completed to be considered for this role.$2,000 sign-on bonus will be offered for this position!Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with a one-hour lunch
• No weekends, evenings, or holidaysEducation and Experience Requirements
  • A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing
  • RN license or eligible for licensure in the state Delaware or Pennsylvania & New Jersey if location of employment
  • Two years' experience as a RN, physician office experience preferred
  • BSN preferred; ADN considered with agreement of completion of BSN in 3 yearsSpecial Requirements
    • Current RN licensure in the State of Delaware
