We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse-Medical Surgical / Telemetry to join our team for a travel assignment in Hannibal Missouri. As a Registered Nurse-Medical Surgical / Telemetry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.

• Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, including those with telemetry monitoring.
  
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
