Nemours Children's Health - Nephrology Specialty NurseWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nephrology Specialty Nurse to join our team at Nemours Children's Health in Wilmington, DE.Key Responsibilities:

Partner with providers and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care through phone triage, scheduling, insurance authorization, and communication with families.
Participate in patient and family education regarding common nephrology diagnoses and medications.
Facilitate management of the Ambulatory Blood Pressure Clinic.
Utilize the nursing process to provide and evaluate nursing care.Requirements:
- Active Delaware (or compact state) Registered Nurse Licensure Required
- BSN required; at least 3 years of related experience preferred
- Pediatric nursing experience required; prior Nephrology nursing experience preferred
- American Heart Association BLS
