Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Nemours Foundation. As a casual part-time RN on our 3 West Ortho Rehab unit, you will provide high-quality patient care to patients with orthopedic conditions, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries.Unit OverviewOur 3 West unit is a 24-bed medical surgical unit designed to provide single-patient care rooms, ensuring privacy and family presence during hospital stays. We care for patients with a range of conditions, including neurosurgery and nonsurgical neurology, as well as infants transitioning from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, provide, and evaluate patient care to assigned patients
• Implement the patient care delivery model for patients and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Meet the physical and emotional needs of patients and familiesRequirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • BSN preferred, obtained within 3 years of start required
  • Inpatient experience preferred
  • Eligible for Delaware State license (or compact license)
  • BLS certification with the American Heart Association required
