Pediatric Emergency Department NurseNemours Foundation is seeking a skilled Pediatric Emergency Department Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing care to assigned patients. You will utilize critical thinking to formulate a nursing plan based on patient complex needs and problems.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan care for patients in the Emergency Department
• Utilize critical thinking to formulate a nursing plan
• Provide safe and appropriate nursing care
• Assist patients and families in discharge planning
• Serve as an advocate for patients and familiesRequirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • BSN preferred
  • 2-3 years of previous nursing experience
  • Pediatric ED and Pediatric preference preferred
  • Eligible for Delaware State license (or compact license)
  • Bilingual preferred
