Registered Nurse (RN) 4N Medical StepdownDay Shift - (Hours: 7a -7p) Weekend & Holidays per department guidelines.Wilmington, DEChristianaCare - Wilmington Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4N Medical Stepdown Unit. The Unit4N is a Medical Stepdown Unit caring for patients with diagnoses affecting all systems: Pneumonia, COPD, HF, Stroke, change in mental status, diabetes, wounds, UTI, Pancreatitis, stroke, and cellulitis. The patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. The unit provides staff with various learning experiences in a fast-paced environment.Working on a mixed-acuity unit will allow you to be ACLS certified, learn from critical and emergent patient situations, and use best practice techniques from evidence-based care. We encourage an environment of growth and expanding knowledge, promoting the clinical ladder, openness, and inclusivity.   • Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License.
  • BSN Preferred or commitment to obtaining BSN within 3 years of hire date.
  • RN with 1-2 years of experience in acute care or sub-acute care experience preferred.Required
