Job Description:
Seeking a full-time Health System Director of Pharmacy at Great
Falls Clinic Hospital in MT.
Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with policies,
laws, and standards.
Lead planning, organizing, and supervising pharmacy activities at
two locations.
Recommend innovative practices, manage pharmacy security, and
support staff recruitment.
Ensure legal, accreditation, and certification requirements are met
while optimizing services and financial performance.
Work schedule typically Monday-Friday, with possible evenings,
weekends, and holidays.
Salary: $150K-$170K plus bonus.
Requires a pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD), Montana license, 3+
years as Pharmacy Director, and 5+ years hospital experience.
Must have knowledge of pharmacy laws, leadership skills, and
business acumen.
