If you're looking for a role where you're empowered to lead, supported by a team, and motivated by meaningful impact - this is it.The RoleAs an LPN at Inglis, you'll work alongside the Unit Manager and RN Supervisor to deliver person-centered care that meets the unique needs of every resident. You'll help develop and implement individualized care plans while also taking on a leadership role that supports and guides other team members.This position offers both daily variety and long-term purpose - ideal for a nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment and believes that excellent care begins with compassion and collaboration.Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support certified nursing assistants, including assigning work, managing schedules, and providing coaching or corrective feedback when needed.
• Conduct incident investigations and complete thorough reports for residents and staff.
• Deliver hands-on nursing care and demonstrate competency in key clinical skills, including therapeutic exercises, transfer training, feeding assistance, and wheelchair positioning.
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans in accordance with resident needs and regulatory standards.
• Communicate directly with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Participate in audits, documentation review, and care plan updates.
• Assist with discharge planning, assessments, and wellness programming.
• Provide leadership during daily operations, ensuring all coverage needs are met and care remains consistent and high-quality.What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of an approved Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse program
  • Current, active, and unencumbered LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make informed decisions independently
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • A natural leader with the ability to mentor and motivate staff
  • Commitment to integrity, flexibility, and the highest standard of care
