qualified Family Practice MD in Oregon! About The Position We are
seeking a Family Practice Physician for a locum tenens opportunity
in Oregon, beginning Dec 1, 2025, for a 120-day assignment. This
role features a clinic-based schedule, Monday through Friday, 8am
to 5pm, with after-hours pager coverage one week per month. The
physician will provide care to patients of all ages and utilize the
Epic EMR system. Job Details - Location: Oregon - Start Date: Dec
1, 2025 - LOA: 120 days - Provider Type Needed: Family Practice
Physician - Schedule: Clinic: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm;
after-hours pager coverage one week per month Responsibilities and
Duties - Deliver comprehensive family medicine care to patients of
all ages - Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and develop
treatment plans - Manage both acute and chronic conditions within a
primary care setting - Provide after-hours pager coverage as
scheduled - Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic
EMR - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality
patient care Additional Information - Must have active Oregon
medical license - Required board certification: Family Medicine -
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required - Experience with
