Pre-Hire Requirements To ensure you're work-ready, we collect the following documents before onboarding: Valid CNA Certification or HHA Training (if applicable) Current Resume Completed Physical Exam Recent TB Test The Hiring Process Prescreening Interview: We'll ask simple questions about availability, car ownership, and general caregiving experience (in person or by phone). Orientation: 1-2 hours, completed in a single day - and yes, you'll be paid for it ! Training: Provided via email or conducted in-office for convenience.
