is seeking a Full Time LPN . The successful candidate will support
the New Castle, DE and surrounding area; work day shift hours, one
weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month.
Duties and Responsibilities: Give skilled nursing care and
prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Must
be IV proficient, upon hire we will train new staff and expect
proficiency at 90 days. Develop and implement care plans, which are
goal oriented and patient centered and consistent with available
resources. Develop plan for discharge of patients. EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Current license to practice as an LPN in
the State of Delaware Associates degree or completed an accredited
LPN education program. Work experience in an acute or chronic care
facility, or home health agency is preferred. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Proof of a valid driver’s license and active auto insurance is
required. Alternative transportation arrangements may be considered

$25.52 - $38.28 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s
good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of
posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a
successful candidate will depend on individual factors including
without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications
