The SUD Programs Director oversees all SUD programs at the facility. SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER PROGRAM DIRECTOR (LCSW, LPC, LCDP) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Must have a Master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, or other similar degree that leads to a clinical license. - Must hold a Delaware clinical license - i.e., LCSW, LPC, LCDP or equivalent. - Certification in chemical dependency (i.e., Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor - CADC, CAADC) or certified co-occurring disorder professional (CCDP) - Must demonstrate a minimum of five years’ experience leading a substance use disorder treatment program. This experience must include administrative duties and direct responsibility for oversight of the program. - Preference for a candidate with at least two years’ experience working in a Therapeutic Community (TC) environment. - Must receive a satisfactory background investigation report. SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER PROGRAM DIRECTOR (LCSW, LPC, LCDP) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - The SUD Program Director assists in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects. - The SUD Program Director Professional provides the necessary preparation of documentation, necessary records and reports. - The SUD Program Director utilizes clinical skills such as prioriti - Excellent and timely documentation skills required.
