Assignment Details - Location: Philadelphia, PA - Start Date: 2/16 - Schedule: 4x10s, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM - Contract Type: Travel or Local Compensation - Travel: $3,233.00 weekly gross - Local: $75.00 per hour Why This Role Stands Out - Excellent weekly compensation with both travel and local options - Consistent daytime schedule with extended hours - Broad case mix including transthoracic, stress, TEE, and pediatric studies - Modern echo lab with strong physician collaboration - Opportunity to work with advanced modalities including contrast and strain imaging Position Overview The Echo Technologist will perform transthoracic, stress, and transesophageal echocardiograms while preparing quantitative data for physician interpretation. Patient populations include pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Key Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive echo studies including 2D, 3D, M-mode, Doppler, color flow, and strain imaging - Conduct exercise and pharmacological stress echocardiograms - Assist with and operate equipment for TEE procedures - Administer echo contrast and agitated saline when clinically indicated - Start and troubleshoot IVs - Recognize and communicate critical findings - Monitor patient vital signs and assist during emergencies - Participate in on-call rotation as required Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited cardiac sonography program - Minimum of 1 to 2 years of echocardiography experience - RDCS via ARDMS and or RCS via CCI About GHR Healthcare - PH Division For over 30 years, GHR Healthcare has been the bridge between healthcare professionals and the facilities that need them nationwide.
