times. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license Proven experience in Neonatal Intensive Care
Unit (NICU) nursing Strong clinical assessment and emergency
response skills specific to neonatal care Ability to collaborate
effectively within a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication
and advocacy skills for patient and family-centered care
