About the Position Specialty: RN – Education Experience: 2 years of clinical nursing experience; prior teaching or precepting experience preferred License: Active State or Compact RN License Certifications: BLS – AHA; ACLS or other specialty certifications preferred depending on focus Must-Have: Strong presentation skills, clinical knowledge, and ability to design and implement nursing education programs Description: The Education RN is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering clinical education and training to nursing staff. This includes onboarding new hires, implementing evidence-based practices, leading skills labs, and supporting professional development initiatives within the healthcare organization.
