Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Glen Burnie, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,472 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Glen Burnie, Maryland, 21061! Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year of adult home health experience or 1 year of hospice experience License: Must have a nursing license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis Description: Provides coordinated and directed home nursing care according to physician's orders. Operates in accordance with agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process. Responsible to the Clinical Manager. Directly supervises and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. Conducts home visits and participates in periodic office meetings. Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance. Average number of patients per day is 5-8. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day. Types of cases include start of care, wound care, follow-up visits, etc. Traveling may be required up to 75 miles from the assigned clinic. Mileage will be reimbursed at the standard IRS rate. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment with the patient. Delayed and incomplete documentation that impacts billing and follow-up patient care may result in a cancellation. No guaranteed hours with this contract. Clinician must meet weekly productivity points of 30, equivalent to 40 hours per week. If patient numbers are low, the clinician will have the opportunity to float to another clinic to pick up patients. Proficiency in OASIS is required. Travelers must have used HomeCare HomeBase within the last 6 months, or complete a retraining course during compliance.
