Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Nurse Navigator - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Skills Preferred: Radiation Oncology Certs Required: BLS Minimum 2 years Experience Required Must have completed 1 travel assignment/ screen if less Office Duty: Chart Preparation, Disability Form , Pharmacy Calls.
