Job Description:

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and tailored therapy services to patients in various healthcare settings. We emphasize a personalized approach to therapy, focusing on addressing individual patient needs to achieve optimum recovery and well-being. Assist physical therapists in the assessment and treatment of patients. Implement treatment plans designed by the physical therapist to improve patient mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. Record patient responses and progress, and report the outcome to the supervising physical therapist. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and maintenance exercises. Maintain equipment and ensure therapy spaces are clean and organized. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards while delivering therapy services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and tools. Excellent observation skills to assess patient condition. Capability to handle physically demanding tasks. 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license. CPR and first aid certification preferred.
