Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Clinton, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,021 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Must have state license in hand Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Candidate must successfully pass the EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms. First-time travelers accepted. Float required. Every other weekend required. Description: The Registered Nurse will provide care in the MS/Tele unit. Candidate must have experience in cardiac telemetry and interpretation of dysrhythmias. The role involves management of dysrhythmias, telemetry monitoring, IV insulin protocols, and blood product administration. Other responsibilities include central line care, phlebotomy, and hemodialysis management. Wound care and tracheostomy care are also part of the duties. The daily census on the unit is approximately 28 patients. Patient ratios are 6:1. Candidates should be comfortable working in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment. Isolation precautions and use of personal protective equipment are required. Candidates must be able to manage various patient age groups, including adults and geriatrics.
