Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join
our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. At Encompass Health,
we specialize in inpatient rehabilitation, helping patients regain
independence after significant illnesses or injuries. This position
requires a compassionate individual skilled in patient care,
capable of working in a fast-paced environment to support recovery
through innovative therapies and state-of-the-art treatments. As a
Registered Nurse, you will be directly involved in executing
clinical protocols and ensuring that each patient receives the
highest standard of care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
nursing care for patients in accordance with facility protocols.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate
individualized patient care plans. Administer medications and
treatments, and observe their effectiveness. Maintain accurate
patient records and ensure confidentiality. Educate patients and
their families on treatment plans and health maintenance. Monitor
patient recovery and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Adhere to
all facility health and safety policies and protocols. Strong
clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and
systems Ability to work effectively in a team Capable of handling
stress and high-pressure situations Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
