be considered. Position: Staff Nurse / Teaching Assistant Location:
Green Lane, PA Duration: ASAP through June 2026 Schedule: Full-time
hours Setting: School environment Caseload: School-age students
with multiple disabilities This position requires a dedicated and
skilled nurse or licensed practical/vocational nurse to support
school-age children with multiple disabilities within a school
setting. The role involves providing health care and nursing
services that support students physical and educational needs,
working collaboratively with educational staff to ensure a safe and
healthy learning environment. Responsibilities: - Deliver nursing
care and health services to students with multiple disabilities in
the school setting - Monitor students health status and communicate
with caregivers and educational professionals as needed - Assist
with medication administration and manage health care plans in
compliance with school policies - Support classroom teachers by
managing health-related tasks and providing guidance on students
physical needs - Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care
and student health records - Respond promptly to health emergencies
or situations requiring immediate attention Qualifications: -
Current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing - Experience working
in school-based nursing or with children who have multiple
disabilities preferred - Strong communication and organizational
skills - Ability to work collaboratively with educators,
therapists, and families - Knowledge of school health policies and
