Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor and record patients' health condition and any symptoms or progress. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure top-quality care and service. Participate in developmental and educational programs to maintain competencies and stay up-to-date with current nursing practices. Implement and evaluate patient care plans collaboratively with other health team members. Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and ensure confidentiality and integrity of patient data.
