Job Description:
Registered Nurse (RN) – 4N Medical Stepdown Day Shift - (Hours:
7a -7p) Weekend & Holidays per department guidelines. Wilmington,
DE ChristianaCare - Wilmington Hospital seeks an experienced
Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4N Medical Stepdown Unit. The Unit 4N
is a Medical Stepdown Unit caring for patients with diagnoses
affecting all systems: Pneumonia, COPD, HF, Stroke, change in
mental status, diabetes, wounds, UTI, Pancreatitis, stroke, and
cellulitis. The patient population includes adolescents, adults,
and geriatric patients. The unit provides staff with various
learning experiences in a fast-paced environment. Working on a
mixed-acuity unit will allow you to be ACLS certified, learn from
critical and emergent patient situations, and use best practice
techniques from evidence-based care. We encourage an environment of

Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License. BSN Preferred or
commitment to obtaining BSN within 3 years of hire date. RN with
1-2 years of experience in acute care or sub-acute care experience
preferred . Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range
represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of
compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this
range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual
factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience,
and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
