Job Description:
ChristianaCare, a cornerstone in healthcare services in
Delaware, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our
Wilmington Adult Medicine team. This role is pivotal in providing
top-notch healthcare to adult patients, incorporating a blend of
advanced, specialty, and primary care tailored to meet the unique
needs of each individual. As a Registered Nurse with
ChristianaCare, you will be part of a community-focused system that
thrives on improving the health outcomes of the communities we
serve while fostering a culture of compassion, innovation, and
excellence. Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in
a primary care setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Administer medications, monitor patient recovery and progress, and
educate patients and their families on disease management and
prevention. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in professional
development and research to stay abreast of advancements in adult
medicine. Strong clinical skills in adult medicine. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate medical
equipment safely and efficiently. Strong organizational and time
management skills. Proficiency in electronic health record systems.

401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Delaware.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) Certification preferred.
