Operating Room Nurse $10K Sign-On-Bonus (for eligible candidate) Full-time 80 hours bi-weekly- Day/Evening (8-hour shifts) Weekend and Holidays per the guidelines of the department. We are currently recruiting for a full-time Registered Nurse to work day/evening - 80 hours bi-weekly. This position will have day rotation to evening shifts, and on-call obligations. Weekend and Holidays per the guidelines of the department. The selected RN will be an upbeat Operating Room Registered Nurse who wants to be a part of a growing operating room team passionate about providing excellent clinical outcomes through caring service to our patients and their families. Requirements: BSN preferred. Commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience. Current RN licensure required At least 2 years of Operating Room Experience is required. Knowledge of multiple specialties preferred. knowledge of ophthalmology and robotics specialties preferred CNOR certification a plus. The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
