Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Educate patients and their families on illness, wellness, and preventive healthcare. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes. Participate in the development and implementation of nursing care plans. Ensure a compassionate professional environment for all patients. Clinical and operational decision making Proficient verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal and empathy skills Ability to work effectively in a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current registered nurse license in the state of Delaware or eligible for licensure. BLS Certification. ACLS preferred.
