Job Description:
ChristianaCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join
our team at the Ferris School in Wilmington, DE. This position will
provide a critical role in delivering high-quality healthcare
services to an underserved adolescent population. As part of
ChristianaCare, you will work within a mission-driven healthcare
system that integrates advanced medical resources with personalized
attention. The successful candidate will be responsible for
managing overall patient care, supporting mental and physical
well-being, administering medications, and collaborating with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive healthcare
delivery. Assess, plan, and provide nursing care to adolescents at
Ferris School. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to
facilitate comprehensive healthcare plans. Administer medications
safely and monitor for adverse reactions. Maintain patient
documentation with accuracy and compliance. Educate patients about
health maintenance and disease prevention. Clinical assessment

Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in
the state of Delaware CPR certified Must have completed a minimum
