Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Pennsylvania state license in Physical Therapy required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing home health physical therapy preferred. Comfort with driving to patient homes and managing paperwork and documentation in an electronic medical record. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned coverage area, including Dauphin County. Client-specific requirement: ability to work independently in patient homes and follow home health protocols and safety procedures. Preferred: experience treating adult medical diagnoses, discharges from hospital or SNF, and use of mobility and ADL equipment in home settings. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Coverage Area: Dauphin County. Floating: Candidate may be required to travel within the coverage area to serve assigned patients.
