Job Description:
MedStar Health is seeking a dedicated RN Nurse Navigator
specializing in Oncology to join our esteemed Healthcare & Medical
Services department. As part of our committed team, you will
coordinate comprehensive care for oncology patients, facilitating
their treatment journeys from initial diagnosis through follow-up.

Candidates are required to have a BA/BS degree and hold a
Registered Nurse (RN) license, with Oncology Nursing Certification
(OCN) preferred. This full-time role will offer hybrid work
arrangements, promoting a balance between field and administrative
duties. Coordinate oncology patient care across various stages of
treatment journey. Provide patient education and counseling on
treatment processes. Ensure efficient communication between
multidisciplinary healthcare team members. Monitor patient
treatment progress and respond to any changes in condition. Act as
a liaison for patients and families, addressing any concerns or
needs. Participate in healthcare team meetings and contribute to
