CareersUSA, a leader in the staffing industry with over 40 years of experience, has another job opportunity for you: Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Exton, PA. Earn an hourly rate at this full-time, temp-to-hire position. Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Work remote 3 days a week and in an office setting 2 days a week. Job Description:

  • Provide support to an assigned sales territory base
  • Maintain customer accounts while developing strong customer relationships to support and promote current and future business opportunities
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer and outside sales representative for order placement and coordination on a daily basis
  • Process customer orders, verify price and availability on orders and send confirmation to the customer
  • Contact customer with ship dates, problems or delays in orders
  • Track, update revised requests and expediting of orders for the customer and communicate appropriately
  • Ensure orders are being shipped per customer's expectation
  • Answer incoming customer service phone calls and email inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Assist customers in identifying required part numbers for company products and equipment
  • Develop internal working relationships to support and promote efficient, timely and accurate response to customers
  • Process Return Material Authorizations for return products
  • Resolve the product or service issue; offer solutions
  • Address customer complaints and questions while addressing them with sales and management as necessary
  • Provide new customer inquiries to the Manager when appropriate
  • Assist in coordination of sales efforts of assigned Manager
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
  • Abide by Company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Work closely with internal stake holders to support the execution of projects Job Requirements:Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or combinations of education and experience.
    • Must have 2+ years of Customer Service experience
    • Customer service savvy
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail, reliability and listening skills
    • Ability to multi-task, utilize priority management and organizational skills
    • Ability to adapt to change with perseverance and patience
    • Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel
