Job Description Hiring a Contract Customer Service Rep Duration:
1 years Client Location: Wilmington, DE Work Schedule: 40 Hours
Weekly Pay Rate $19 - $24/hour Benefits: ACA Compliant Medical
Insurance What will you do? Customer Engagement and Order
Management --- Responsible for multiple SAP transactions (i.e.
order entry, returns, credits/debits, quality notifications,
outputs, deliveries/shipments, invoices). --- Support customers
with all their administrative and technical questions which
requires to develop a good understanding and knowledge of the
products & services offered by Client Mobility & Materials
business. --- Build working relationships with commercial team
partners to exceed customer expectations --- Analyze customer
ordering patterns to anticipate customer needs --- Respond to
customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner --- Review
daily reports to proactively address and resolve issues (i.e. open
order report, returns report, SAP block report, etc.) ---
Demonstrate flexibility/adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced team
environment --- Quickly identify and own resolution of customer
issues --- Responsible for investigating and driving timely
resolution of customer disputes. This involves interaction with the
customer, credit and sales rep Responds to customer issues that
require product knowledge, interpret questions/requests and ensure
proper resolution in a prompt and courteous manner. May initiate
customer contact to proactively identify and address customer
needs. Monitors the resolution process to ensure other departments
follow through on requests. Candidates cannot begin assignment
until drug and background screenings have been successfully
