CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Barclays Customer Service Representative, you will be
delivering the highest standards of customer service and creating
exceptional experiences. We have opportunities in our Care team,
Barclays Financial Assistance (BFA) team and Fraud Detections
Group. Our customers are at the forefront of everything we do and
ensuring customers' concerns are addressed is vital to the success

WHEN YOU'LL WORK
The call center is a 24/7 operation and we offer a variety of
weekly shifts, including non-standard business hours and/or

What will you be doing?
Receiving inbound phone calls from customers and servicing their
needs effectively and efficiently
Listening and establishing rapport with our customers
Understanding and analyzing customer needs while adhering to
compliance regulations and security policies
What we're looking for:
1 years' experience in a customer service or call center role
Verbal and written communications skills
Determined and customer-focused with a positive and professional
Skills that will help you in the role:
Attention to detail, an understanding of the importance of accuracy
Proficient with internet skills with excellent organization and
work prioritization skills
Knowledge in Banking or credit card experience
