Job Description:

Currently hiring chefs, cooks, and line/prep cooks for a medical center in Wilmington. All positions are eligible for full benefits, weekly pay, and are contract to hire.Description:

• Take inventory of the pantry and freezers and notify management for new orders to be made
• Prepare foods according to recipes and daily menus
• Take orders, cook, and serve patrons
• Mass produce meals for patients and medical staff
• Maintain a clean work space by wiping counter tops, taking the trash out, and placing dirty dishes in the dishroomExperience:
  • 3 years as a line cook/chef in a restaurant
  • 3 years in the food service industryRequirements:
    • Able to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
    • Able lifting up to 50 or 60lbs
    • Comfortable working in a medical centerShift/Schedule:
      • 10am-7pm, every other weekend
      • 11am-7:30pm, every weekend availability
