The biggest challenge that we face in hiring is to find the cream of talent for our clients.*Pay Rate: $18/hr. on W2**Job Title: Customer Service**Duration: 13 weeks (Possible Extension)**Location: Wilmington, DE 19803**Shift: M-F 8:00AM - 4:30PM**Responsibilities:** Responds accurately to a high volume of inbound calls* Responds to all incoming calls and schedules appointments according to guidelines* Documentation of call is detailed and accurate* Demonstrates good judgement of advancing urgent calls* Enter patient demographics* Ability to multi-task with typing and talking simultaneously* Interacts with patients, physicians, and staff to provide accurate communication*Education/Experience:** High School graduate* Prior call center, customer service and medical office related experience preferred.* Computer and key boarding skill requiredJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: Up to $18.00 per hourShift:* Day shiftWeekly day range:* Monday to FridayWork setting:* In-personWork Location: In person
