This position will lead a team of Commercial Property Accountants and/or commercial AP/AR.Why join us?

• Amazing work cultureJob Details-- Prepare financial statements, file sales tax returns, reconcile bank statements, and analyze general ledger accounts-- Work closely with property managers to collect & record rents, track past due accounts, bill for reimbursable expenses, and generally track tenant accounts-- Verify the company credit card transactions and post to Yardi-- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget process-- Assist in the end of year reconciliations, CAM (Common Area Maintenance) and TI (Tennant Improvements )-- Monitor daily cash balances and reconcile cash accounts on a weekly basis-- Special projects on an as needed basis assigned by the Director of Commercial & Residential Properties & or the Commercial Property Manager-- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.Interested in hearing more?
