As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist guests in completing their golf equipment purchases and trades. Having an upbeat personality, a positive attitude, and professionalism are traits that will ensure success. Understanding the functions of a POS system and knowledge of golf equipment will be required.

  • Greeting and building rapport with guests
  • Assist guests in finishing their checkout process
  • Appraise and buy-in merchandise
  • Manage a register throughout the day
  • Answering customer questions in person and over the phone Please apply if you meet the following requirements:
    
    Must have
    • A love for and experience in the game of golf
    • A minimum of two years of customer service experience
    • Ability to work 20-40 hours per week, as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons.
    • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends. Nice to have
      • 1-3 years of customer service experience in the golf industry
      • Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
