Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Automotive Cashier Appointment Coordinator at Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling financial transactions for our dealership. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry and you will be expected to work with a team to ensure efficient and effective operations of the reception and cashier station.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time hourly position with a competitive compensation range of $15 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities:
--- Greet and welcome all customers in a friendly and professional manner
--- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or personnel
--- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, checks, and credit/debit card payments
--- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
--- Assist with paperwork and filing for sales and service departments
--- Schedule appointments for customers -
--- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones in a timely and professional manner
--- Maintain a clean and organized reception and cashier station area
--- Other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements:
--- High school diploma or equivalent
--- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role a plus, preferably in the automotive industry but not required
--- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
--- Ability to handle financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
--- Proficient in basic math and computer skills
--- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
--- Professional appearance and demeanor
--- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed
