• As Store Manager, your core responsibilities will include: achieving sales and profit targets through driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations smoothly, ensuring the store is well merchandised and commercially correct, and leading your team through recruiting, training, managing, and developing them to achieve results. You will also receive full training for ear piercing.About Claire's

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1 to 2 years retail management experience
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Basic computer skills
    • Strong understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension
    • Customer service oriented
    • Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically
    • Physical ability to stand during shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally, and perform tasks like bending, reaching, and climbing ladders
