About the Role As the Restaurant Manager / Assistant Food & Beverage Manager , you'll oversee daily dining operations and ensure an exceptional experience for our members and guests. Reporting to the Director of Restaurants, you'll work closely with the leadership team to elevate service standards, strengthen team culture, and deliver excellence in every interaction. This hands-on role leads and develops a talented team of servers, bartenders, and server assistants-empowering them to perform at their best and grow in their roles. Key Responsibilities Lead by example through visible presence on the restaurant floor-coaching, engaging, and supporting team members. Deliver and model exceptional hospitality, setting the tone for service excellence. Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance coaching. Ensure consistent execution of systems, standards, and processes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. Greet and seat members and guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Support the team as needed with order taking, service, and presentation. Anticipate member needs, resolve concerns quickly, and address any service or product issues. Foster seamless collaboration between the Front of House and Culinary teams. Qualifications 3 years of experience in food & beverage management preferred. A degree in Hospitality Management and/or CMAA student chapter involvement is a plus. Proven leadership and team development skills.
