Job Description:

Our client, a global company in Glen Mills, PA has an immediate need for an HR Coordinator. The HR Coordinator will support Human Resources function including special projects and general administration regarding onboarding, benefits, payroll, training and development, legal compliance, analysis, and other administrative support. This role provides direct support to designated HR leadership.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Initiates and processes new hire paperwork including background checks and employment verification. Updates and keep employee records.* Maintains employee personnel files to ensure compliance.* Answers employee requests and questions.* Assist in the creation of executive presentations for the HR function.* Assists in the recruitment and interview processes. Provides scheduling support for executive interviews as required.* Assists with additional projects, as assigned.* Assists with providing research and analysis for key projects as assigned.* Assists with the creation of training manuals, HR manual, and employee handbook as assigned.* Coordinates training classes or meetings as needed* Creates and submit reports to leadership as required.* Manages off-boarding requirements as necessary.* May serve as back-up to payroll processing as well as Health Care Services.* Prepares offer packets, benefit packets and other employee related information.* Processes invoices as necessary.* Provides general administrative support in the areas of hiring and employee life cycle duties.* Provides timely assistance to team members regarding benefit and human resource questions and issues.* Provides written and verbal employment verifications.* Supports general office administration for the Glen Mills office as assigned.* Updates job descriptions, as needed.* Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree highly preferred* 2 -5 years of human resource experience.* High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Good organizational skills required.* Proven experience as a HR coordinator.* Strong attention to detail.* Knowledge of human resources operations and best practices.* Hands on experience in using MS Office, databases and HRIS systems.* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.* Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.* Organizational and time management skills.
