high volume of new positions to be filled, we are seeking a
talented and experienced Talent Acquisition professional for a 4-6
month duration.Job Summary:The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist
will work to fill job requisitions in a timely manner with
qualified individuals while ensuring compliance with applicable
laws and regulations including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)
and Affirmative Action guidelines. The incumbent will provide
sourcing/recruiting, as well as organizational support through the
full life cycle of the staffing process. Job Details:1. Source
candidates through effective sourcing techniques (i.e. advertising,
mining job board databases and internal applicant tracking system,
networking, social media, etc.).2. Screen and qualify candidates
for open positions within the organization. 3. Coordinate candidate
interview schedules and travel arrangements.4. Generate written
offer letters and initiate pre-employment screenings (i.e.
background, drug screen, credentialing, etc.).5. Ensure positive
applicant experience through the interview and hiring process.6.
Maintain staffing reports to track open requisitions and key
metrics (i.e. cost per hire, candidate source, time to fill, etc)
on closed requisitions. 7. Assist in the development and
maintenance of an effective talent pool by tracking candidate
information, regularly updating candidate profiles and identifying
future potential, as appropriate within the applicant tracking
system capability; 8. Participate in HR projects and deliverables
for various initiatives including production of Staffing
Connection, 30/60/90 day check-ins, process improvements and other
special projects.9. Strong foundation in Quality System
Requirements; including but not limited to compliance with HR
procedures and training requirements for new and continuing
associates. Understanding includes both Federal and applicable
international requirements as outlined in the Quality system
procedures. 10. Perform other job related duties as
assigned.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities + Excellent customer
service and relationship building skills.+ Ability to develop an
understanding of the business in order to positively promote Terumo
to candidates and outside search firms. + Must possess a sense of
urgency, ability to meet deadlines + Must be highly organized with
ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining composure and
professionalism. + Ability to handle confidential information.+
Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. +
Proficient in Microsoft Office software especially Word, Excel and
Outlook.Background Experience+ This position requires a Bachelor's
degree.+ Minimum of 5 years of work experience, ideally including
at least 1-2 years in an agency recruiting environment.+ Advanced
proficiency in the use of social media tools, data reporting
technologies, Microsoft Office suite and other business related
