HR Generalist Needed in Exton, PA!Direct Hire! Pay up to $70k/yr + Bonus !Text "HR" to to answer a few questions and connect with a Recruiter!Job Details for HR Generalist:

• Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm (can be somewhat flexible)
• Pay Rate: Up to $70k/yr - plus BonusJob Responsibilities & Description for HR Generalist:
  • Processes weekly payroll for union employees and semi-monthly payroll for salaried employees, using the current Payroll processing and Time and Attendance system
  • Plans and executes company meetings and events (including monthly employee meals and snacks; special events and celebrations)
  • Maintains integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
  • Delivers reports as requested by finance, human resources, plant supervision, etc.
  • Maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation for all payroll and attendance functions
  • Serves as back up for benefit administration and billing, employee communications, and other support as needed
  • Provides administrative assistance including accepting/signing for package deliveries, helping visitors connect with their appointments, etc.
  • Stocks and maintains supplies for the facility
  • Other duties as assigned Job Requirements for HR Generalist:
    • Bachelor's Degree required with 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources
    • Proficient with payroll management and HRIS system (ADP preferred)
    • Experience working for a manufacturing company with a union workforce
    • Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Occasional travel between offices (less than 10 miles apart)
